PGA Show Connects Virtual Summit
Through our new, 365 online platform, tune in for a half-day PGA Show Connects Virtual Summit on Tuesday, August 18 beginning at 11:00am EST. The Summit will feature a variety of engaging webinars focused on the state of the industry and current market trends, utilizing proven player development tools to convert new customers, implementing best practices around retail strategies as well as an engaging fashion show and networking opportunities.

PGA Show Connects is a year-round, interactive virtual community designed to engage PGA Show attendees and exhibitors by offering both live and on-demand access to premium industry content, digital business sourcing and professional networking programs. Webinars will be free to golf industry professionals.
Start your journey with PGA.Coach and gain access to all of the tools you need to create passionate students and life-long golfers. PGA Members will be eligible to earn three MSR credits for completing the virtual training.
Online PGA Education: PGA Merchandise Show Videos
PGA members can receive two (2) PGA Education MSR by watching a video from the list and taking an assessment at the conclusion of the video. Note: The PGA Town Hall is worth one (1) PGA Meeting MSR credit.
MSR credit may be earned only one time for any online MSR course. In order to earn MSR credit, you must score a 70% or higher on the assessment. If you do not score 70% or higher, you will be allowed one (1) re-take opportunity. You will be directed to the assessment when the video concludes. Members must have the updated version of web browsers. Once video has started you must allow the video to run in its entirety without any interruptions such as stopping or pausing.

Taught by the golf fitness industry’s long-standing go-to swing speed expert and long driver, Jaacob Bowden, PGA, this online, self-paced, 1-day program is designed specifically for golf, fitness, and medical professionals.

Throughout Jack’s long and lustrous career exists many gratifying and extraordinary moments, but none more so than the pride that is taken in the men and women professionals that have gone on to experience great careers themselves. Jack looks forward to sharing the power that mentoring young professionals has had on his career and those so fortune to work with him.
Born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky, Jack Barber has been a PGA member for the past 40 years. During his career he has held all chairs on the Board in both Kentucky and Indiana, and has won several awards, the most influential being the 2009 National PGA Professional of the year. In 2011 he was voted into the National PGA Hall of Fame as well as the Indiana HOF. He has been married to his wife Becky for 45 years and they have two sons and two grandchildren.
