Mentoring Aspiring Professionals and the Power of the Revolving Door

Throughout Jack’s long and lustrous career exists many gratifying and extraordinary moments, but none more so than the pride that is taken in the men and women professionals that have gone on to experience great careers themselves. Jack looks forward to sharing the power that mentoring young professionals has had on his career and those so fortune to work with him.

Born and raised in Ashland, Kentucky, Jack Barber has been a PGA member for the past 40 years. During his career he has held all chairs on the Board in both Kentucky and Indiana, and has won several awards, the most influential being the 2009 National PGA Professional of the year. In 2011 he was voted into the National PGA Hall of Fame as well as the Indiana HOF. He has been married to his wife Becky for 45 years and they have two sons and two grandchildren.

1985 – KY Section PGA Golf Professional of the Year
1997 – IN Section PGA Golf Professional of the Year
2003 – IN Senior Match Play Champion

One (1) MSR credit in the Required category will be given to Members who attend the full seminar and pass an assessment within the designated time period.
